have him ride sweep with a piece of duct tape over the mouth. ;-)

Or, take her out on a sistah's ride, and he can have burgers and beer
waiting for you at the end of the ride.

Great minds think alike ... I suggested the sistahs ride as an option =)
As luck would have it, they're doing Meyer's Gulch, which is aerobically
impossible, er, I mean, challenging, but is very non-technical. It has
some great views, too.
