I'd considered that but I have to be back in-country by the 1st of June.
The festival gives my SO something to do while I'm away on bike rides.
I'm only in Colorado from 28 Apr-7 May and I thought being wasted from
jet lag wouldn't appear out-of-ordinary at the fest.

Other time will be spent in the Denver-Fort Collins area. Anybody in
those areas available for a ride? Any euro-trash booze I haven't
consumed at the FFTF can be used as payment/ointment/disinfectant. I'm
only bringing the high-test white-lightning stuff as beer/wine doesn't
have the proper buzz-to-weight ratio.

I'm in the same situation. My beverage from o'er here will be either
Grappa or whatever I can drain and bottle from my landlords collection.

I almost killed myself bringing a keg once. Never again.

Well maybe see you there. LMK if you find yourself in Gunnison area.

BTW ratio is very important when traveling! That's why I drink Kool-Aid,
lemonade, or other powdered mix and Everclear on longer backcountry treks.
Best BTW for a USA-legal intoxicant (I think LSD as the best ratio I know
of, but that can complicate things considerably).

Maybe Friday is the day to do a little AM-B ride. I have something
out of the way in mind that is pretty damn cool.

Great. I arrive in CO on Wednesday and have exactly 1 day to
acclimitize to the altitude. No rest for those who live at sea-level.
My own damn fault...

Remember to tell who-ever's riding cleanup that if they see me passed
out on the side of the trail, kick me and point me in the right
direction.

On the other hand I just learned that if you see a sign that says "726M
NN", it means that your at 726 meters Near Null. I'm assuming sea
level's different from the Med, North Sea and the Atlantic.
