I'm trying to make a noodle dish the same as a noodle bar that I go to every week. I've cooked it a few times and I've pretty much got the ingredients correct but I haven't got much idea about what spices or sauces to add. Can someone please tell me what they would most likely add? The description on their menu is below. They cook the egg seperately as a thin layer and roll it up. Would they add anything to the egg?
