  1. I have finally received the Sun 28" uni I ordered from bicycle-
source.com a month ago. And I realized that they have
charged me for it a second time! I do not know wheather
they are completely incompetent or completely unethical,
but I have had a lot of heart ache from them through no
fault of mine AND IT IS NOT OVER YET. DO NOT ORDER FROM
    THESE PEOPLE!!!

  2. That shouldn't be a problem, just phone or email them with
your dilema and I'm sure they can reimburse you. That's what
unicycle.com did for me when I had an extremely similar
situation(they charged me twice for one product.) I wouldn't
flip out yet, unless you've already contacted them.

Presumably you paid by credit card, in which case it's the
credit card company's job to sort it out.

Naming and shaming is a good thing in this sort of
situation, though, so thanks for the warning (not that I've
ever heard of the company or am likely to order anything
    from them anyway).

  4. The reason I am flipping out is that I have been going
around and around with them for nearly a month and they are
extremly unresponsive. It has taken a month to get what I
ordered and I have been charged for it twice.
