Bake It All Mix Apple Cranberry Dessert
2 cup Bake It All Mix -- do not pack
2/3 cup Milk
3/4 cup Brown Sugar -- packed
4/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
5/4 Teaspoon Salt
6/2 cup Orange Juice 3 cup Cooking Apples -- sliced 1 Can
Whole Cranberry Sauce
Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt in an 8 by 8 by 2-inch
baking dish. Add orange juice, sliced apples and cranberry
sauce. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Bake in a 425 F. oven 15
minutes. Make a well in the Mix. Add milk and stir with a
fork until all of Mix is moistened. Drop dough by spoonfuls
on hot apple-cranberry mixture. Return to hot oven for 20 to
25 minutes. Serve warm.

Bake It All Applesauce Raisin Doughnuts
Shortening For Frying 2 cup Bake It All Mix -- unpacked
7/3 cup Applesauce
8/4 cup Raisins -- finely chopped 2 Tbsp Sugar
9/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
10/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
11/2 Teaspoon Vanilla 1 Egg
12/2 cup Sugar
13/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
Combine applesauce, raisins, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon,
vanilla and egg. Add Mix, stirring until thoroughly blended.
Turn dough onto well-floured surface and knead about 10
times or until smooth. Roll or pat dough to about
14/2 inch thickness. Cut into rings using floured doughnut
cutter. Fry 3 or 4 rings at a time in hot shortening.
Turn as soon as they rise to the surface and continue
turning until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Shake
doughnuts in mixture of
15/2 cup sugar and
16/4 teaspoon nutmeg.
Yield: 1 dozen, 2-

Bake It All Baked Caramel Pudding Cake
1 1/2 cup Bake It All Mix -- unpacked
18/2 cup Brown Sugar -- packed
19/2 cup Milk 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
20/2 cup Nuts -- coarsely chopped Topping:
21/4 cup Brown Sugar . packed 3 Tbsp Butter Or Margarine 1
Teaspoon Vanilla Extract 1 cup Boiling Water
Combine pudding ingredients except nuts. Stir to blend.
Spread batter in 11 by 7 by 1- 1/2-inch pan, bottom rubbed
with shortening. Sprinkle nuts over the batter. Combine
topping ingredients. Pour over batter and nuts. Bake in a
350 F. oven 30 to 35 minutes. Spoon into dessert dishes.
Serve warm with whipped cream.
Bake It All Baked Fudge Pudding Cake
1 1/2 cup Bake It All Mix -- unpacked
22/2 cup Granulated Sugar 2 Tbsp Cocoa
23/2 cup Milk 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Topping:
24/4 cup Cocoa
25/4 cup Brown Sugar -- packed 1 1/2 cup Boiling Water
Combine cake ingredients. Stir to blend. Spread batter in 8
by 8 by 2-inch pan, bottom rubbed with shortening.Combine
topping ingredients, stirring until cocoa is thoroughly
dissolved. Pour over batter. (Don't be afraid! It is not a
mistake.) Bake in a 350 F. oven about 40 minutes. Spoon into
dessert dishes.
Serving Ideas : Serve warm with topping or whipped cream, if
desired. Bake It All Baking Powder Biscuits 3 cup Bake-it-
all mix -- unpacked3/4 cup Milk Make a well in the Mix. Add
milk and stir with a fork, about 25 strokes. Turn onto a
sheet of waxed paper. Knead well 6 times. Roll out or pat to
1/2" thickness on a lightly floured pastry cloth or board.
Cut into 2-inch rounds with floured cutter. Place on a
cookie sheet. Bake in a 450 F. oven 10 to 12 minutes.
NOTE: For 6 biscuits, use 1 cup Mix with
1/4 cup milk.
Drop biscuits: Drop by Tablespoonfuls on a greased cookie
sheet and bake as above.
Bake It All Banana Cupcakes
2 cup Bake It All Mix 1 Egg
2/3 cup Granulated sugar
3/3 cup Milk 1 Banana . slice 2 Tbsp Butter or margarine .
melted 2 Tbsp Brown sugar -- packed
Break egg into bowl, beat and stir in sugar and milk. Add
Mix gradually. Stir to combine thoroughly. Rub muffin cup
well with shortening or use paper liners in muffin pan. Drop
about half the batter by spoonfuls into muffin cup . Place 2
or 3 slices of banana on top of the batter and pour melted
butter over the fruit. Sprinkle brown sugar over the banana
slices in each cup . Drop remaining batter by spoonfuls into
muffin cup . Bake in a 400 F. oven about 15 minutes.
Bake It All Beaten Batter Rolls
2 cup Bake it all mix--unpacked
4/2 package Dry yeast
5/2 cup Milk2 Tbsp Sugar2 Tbsp Water 1 Egg
6/4 teaspoon Vanilla Sift dry yeast into 1 cup Mix. Bring
milk to boiling point. Cool to lukewarm and add sugar and
water. Add to Mix-yeast mixture and beat well. Add egg
and vanilla. Beat well. Add remaining Mix to make a stiff
batter. Beat thoroughly until smooth. Cover and let rise
in a warm place until bubbly, about 1 hour. When batter
is light, stir down. Drop by spoonfuls into muffin cup ,
rubbed with shortening. Let rise until double in size, 30
to 40 minutes. Bake in a 375 F. oven 15 to 18 minutes.
Remove rolls from pan while hot. Serve warm.
Yield: 12 large rolls
Bake It All Breakfast Pizza
2 cup Bake It All Mix -- unpacked
7/2 cup Milk
8/2 cup Apricot or peach preserves
9/2 teaspoon Lemon juice 1 Pkg breakfast sausage links* --
(8 oz) *Cut into pennywise slices (Brown 'n Serve).
Make a well in the Mix. Add milk and stir with a fork about
25 strokes. Turn onto a sheet of waxed paper. Knead well 6
times. Roll out on lightly floured pastry cloth or board to
a 14-inch circle. Place on pizza pan or cookie sheet. Spread
preserves mixed with lemon juice in a thin layer over the
dough. Sprinkle sausage over the top. Bake in a 450 F. oven
15 to 18 minutes.
Yield: One 14-inch pie
