I put "colon cleansing" in Google and came up with some
amazing information and a variety of commercial colon
cleansing programs. I would like to hear from anyone who has
tried these products and what their experience has been.
Thank you,
Arch

Never tried... I don't believe in throwing away my money.
Your colon does a good job itself with cleansing... and many
of the products you saw on the Internet are actually
dangerous.
But you can check it out personally with the Colossal Colon

I just use a cheep enama bag and herbal teas or coffee(body
temp). The first time I did it I realized there is an
ocassional need. I did it after watching a special on the
discovery health channel featuring Usher. He was voted as
having the best Abs.He has coffee enamas administered
frequently.
I use a cheep enema bag. Filled with herbal tea, coffee, or
apple cider vinegar with water at body temperature. I feel
benefits from an occasional high enema. I recommend reading
a yogi handbook for water therapies.

Ewwww! I feel you are in dire need of a psych consult ---
and possibly a check up with a real doctor to make sure you
are not doing serious harm to yourself.

Hasn't hurt people doing it for 2-3000 years now.

False -- taking too many enemas can damage the colon.
