Guess which one is the Spanish road race champion, and which is the TT champion.
I can understand if Gutierrez hasn't ordered his red and yellow team skinsuit from Voler yet, but what's Mancebo got one for?
I'm not sure what the deal with the prologue is, but all the national champions wearing their jerseys (that I saw during OLN's coverage) were the road race champions; not the time- trial champs.
The only exception was Thor Hushovd, but since he is both the current road and time-trial champion, it didn't really matter.

The rule is: In stage races the only national champion jerseys are those of the road champions and they wear the jersey even in the ITT. The the only time a national TT champion wears a champions jersey is in a one day time trial event like GP Nations.

Winners of national ITT championships are still REQUIRED - not requested, but required, under penalty - to wear their jersey in time-trials. But the Prologue is not classified as an ITT, it is classified as a Prologue.
