    OBFood: I stuffed a mix of barbecue rib crumbs, minced
    jalapeno, diced onion, minced garlic into pounded bonelss
    chicken breasts tonight. I pinned the packets o' flavor
    with toothpicks and fired them in oilive oil. When they
    were browned on one side, I turned them in the pan and
    stuck it all into a 375 F oven. When they were done, I
    removed them from the pan and made a sauce from the pan
    juices, some reduced chicken stock, lemon juice, Dijon
    mustard, and black pepper.
