I have a friend (female) that has very small wrists. We have been looking for a watch that will do dual-segement intervals.. aka 9 minute run, 1 minute walk, x 10. We have looked at the Nike Imra Run, which is supposed to be a Watch for people with small wrists, but because of it's shape and the rigid strap it does not fit comfortably.
Does anybody have any suggestions for Watches that might work?

I gave up an Timex Ironman 50 lap with a fast-strap velcro band because the watch was too small for my wrist. Maybe it would work for her. Also, the strap is very flexible and it does have two interval timers that can be repeated.

I recently picked up one of the Timex Ironman sleek (velcro strap) watches for my fiancee. It's a nice watch, inexpensive, and you have complete flexibility wrt adjusting the fit (because it's velcro)
I had a timex ironman that was a women's model, the watch itself was smaller and the strap was a little shorter. If you look around you may still be able to find one. The gift shop in the local V.A. hospital had some when I was there recently.
have you ever tried campmo.com the prices there are great / old styles but great prices plodizlla

Yeah, I've seen them. I think the newer Timex models are nice enough to justify the extra price though (and they're still not all that expensive). Configuring the buttons as start/split and stop/reset, then placing the start/split button at the front is very smart. The older models place the start/stop and the split/reset buttons right next to each other -- not quite as smart.
