This morning I had one of the less pleasant cycling experiences of my life. I was raising my bottle to my mouth. It was about 1" from my mouth when a bird shat on the lid and neck of the bottle.
I didn't use that bottle again after that. It's now in the steriliser.

Which reminds me <rambles on>...
I was cycling through Cambourne admiring the scenery and felt a thud on my back, I reached behind and a split second before my brain said "dog [censored]!" I touched it. And my brain was right :-(

Oh yuck.
What twit decided that being pooed on by a bird was supposed to be lucky, anyway ?

Sounds like a good plan.

So you are saying that dogs in Cambourne are particularly talented and despise all cyclists? Or am I envisioning it wrong? -- "The threads in your trousers are probably quite stable dimensionally but you can deform the trousers quite happily." - David Martin in uk.rec.cycling

LOL! (sorry ...:-)
What steed were you on at the time? Anything a reasonable person (say, a bird) might be poking fun at?
