7spd MTB cassettes

steel cogs, there's not much weight variation. So the
lightest one would be the one with the highest gearing
(smallest cogs).

Why lightness matters on a 7-speed MTB cassette is entirely
beyond me though. It certainly won't be a factor in your
speed going up hill.

Look for cassettes made of Drillium and/or Unobtanium.

I noticed that the IG-60 11-30 7 speed cassette on my
tourer is very light - about 260 gm. The large cogs are
quite radically cut out. But you asked for HG. I use IG
chain. I bought a few of these about a year ago and they
are still around.

There was an 11-19 HG50 cassette. You need the Hyperglide-C
type of freehub that is designed for 11T cogs.
