    It would depend on how good it tastes and how bad it was for
    you. One must always weigh benefit/risk before doing
    (eating) anything.

    For example if eating something tastes better than
    anything you have ever eaten but if eating it will result
    in certain death then the answer is obvious unless you
    want to kill yourself.

    If something is really delicious and there is some evidence
    that consuming it frequently may be bad for you then
    occasional eating may be considered OK. Again it all has to
    do with risk/benefit.
