  1. I keep reading here about the alledged horrible health
results of the mercury in amalgam fillings, yet I've
experenced none of those problems despite having some
fillings of this very same kind dating back over four
decades (I know they're not supposed to last that long, but
they have), with the most recent one eight years ago, & the
rest somewhere in between. I have only one porcelein filling
    in my whole mouth.

I've also have three crowns, which necessitated drilling out
    very old fillings.

In the end, I've happily co-existed with mucho amalgam
fillings for over 55 years. Is my body just "less sensitive"
to mercury whatever than other people's? I doubt it would be
less sensitive to say arsenic poisoning...I probably have a
great immune system, but not that great. Yet from reading
these threads & comments, amalgam dental fillings seem only
one step below slow arsenic poisoning on the "danger" scale.

    So, why not me?

P.S. I don't chew gum, but I do drink hot liquids.

As Keith P Walsh has explained, a certain threshold voltage
is required to stop the rotation of the mercury atoms and
release them from the amalgam matrix. So, you have to be
subject to the additional risk factor of exposure to
electromagnetic fields from cellphone towers, high-tension
power lines, or government mind-control satellites.

Kathy, one of the primary effects of Amalgam Related Illness
is the way it affects your ability to preceive your own
condition. Mercury amalgams have a way of masking their
insidious effects on your nervous system. You will not
notice any ill-effects until such time as you become
sufficiently aware of just how gosh-darm toxic your body is
as a result of those 3-electron mercury ions.

By foolishly ignoring this serious condition, you may not
avail yourself of the therapuetic catharsis of the healing
crisis that results from Amalgam removal. Sure, the process
is expensive, painful, and releases more Mercury than you
would otherwise be exposed to for the rest of your life, but
the relief that comes with the knowledge you've been had,
    uh, healed is priceless.

  4. The fillings are still intact. I do suspect old
deteriorating filling can be problem (not the mercury but
decay). Also good selenium status would go alone way to
    reduce mecury toxicity.
