RE - www.lightforcetherapy.com
For any one of you interested in doing business with this
company - be forwarned, and think again! I ordered two of
their products in April
- the SuperNova, and the LFT9000. I returned both items -
finding them unsatisfactory. They were sent UPS, and
insured – the SuperNova for $500, and the LFT9000 for
$200.00 – and were received by Sproul on April 23, 2004.
After phone calls requesting a refund, I was told by Laura
Gamec, Customer Service, that I would receive a refund in
30 days. Although the company did refund the $499.00 for
the SuperNova, they still have not refunded the $199.80
for the LFT9000.
I have made numerous calls, emails and faxes to the company,
with no response. On 1 June I reported them to the Better
Business Bureau.
Trying to contact the company – lightforce therapy – does
not work – their voice mailbox is full (I wonder now if the
company is going bankrupt). Yesterday, I not only faxed them
a request again, but also mailed USPS and certified a
request to the owner, Kim Peterson at her home as well as
business address, for the refund.
