  1. OK, if I'm *going* to use a sweetener, and I don't like
Stevia or artificial sweeteners, what's the best thing to
    use? Honey? Anyone? M9

    Well, I wouldn't use anyone.... 😉!

Honey has been noted to have some health benefits, but also
    some risks:

If you like your sugar sweet, go for it!(sugar is
    basically sugar).

OTOH, you might try some other low calorie natural
sweeteners (licorice, tagatose, erythritol, Lo Han, etc.)

Try Splenda, available in the grocery store.

Not much in the way of "risks". BTW, the honey I use is
clover honey boughtn at WalMart. When I make my tea (while
it is still hot) I stir in the honey to sweeten it. The
honey dissolves real well...while the tea is hot. After it
cools, it is MUCH harder to stir in honey into a liquid.
