"A chiropractor selling vitamins?" That's a good one.
I don't know which of the newsgroups you are posting from,
but I'm assuming it is rec.climbing. Anyone posting from a
food, nutritional or cardiology site would recognize the
value of nutrition.
If you check my pic:
mastersfitness.royergovernance.comfitlogOpen ↗ you can
tell that I speak by example. You won't find many 68-year
old men who are able to build and maintain their musculature
the way I do. And as good as I look on the outside, I look
and feel even better on the inside.
My primary health-care physician (who is younger than I) is
nonplussed because most physicians know very little about
nutrition. Doctors are trained and tuned to surgery and
drugs, but nutrition is the key to good health and fitness.
My expertise is in an entirely different profession:
www.royergovernance.com and www.churchboardleadership.com
but when I discovered this marvelous aid to nutritionally-
associated dysfunctions I took up the banner as a hobby to
help my friends and loved ones.
As I admit in another posting, I'm not really a benevolent
soul; and I have a mean streak in me that is fueled by the
"I told you so" scenario. That is, I enjoy telling the less
fortunate about the benefits of Risotriene®, and when they
scoff, I just sit back and watch them sink deeper and deeper
into ill health.
So, scoff on <Kent H> while I sit and gloat. Damn, it's
great being me.
