  1. I walk 2 miles a day and the last three toes on each foot
blisters underneath. This has done this quite a while and I
would continue in pain because for health reasons I need to
walk. Now I can't do it anymore. I don't know if its the
shoes (Reebok's) or just the way I walk, but it seems I
don't have much support in the front part of the shoe, they
feel too wide even with socks. I want to look for different
shoes but don't really know what to look for. Any
    suggestions will be appreciated.

This site has some suggestions for preventing blisters.

It could be your socks. I was bothered with blisters in the
toe area when I first started walking. I bought a pair of
Thorlo socks and they seemed to correct the problem. They're
a little pricey but well worth the money. The soles of my
feet use to burn after walking and I no longer have that
    problem either. store.yahoo.comthorlos.html

  3. Thanks Beverly. Interesting article.
