  1. Well, this is a first. A group of friends got together
after work this afternoon. Several cocktails later, the
instigator suggested we do a run on the fast food
restaurants along Manchester. *sigh*, being the sober one,
I had to drive. First stop was Burger King. Whoppers with
cheese were ordered and eaten quickly. Next stop was Lion's
Choice for a 'big whatever it was with cheddar' which
wasn't too bad. On to McDonalds for french fries which I no
longer care for. On to Sonic for the Extra Long cheese
chili dog which was awful. Next stop was Taco Bell for the
Burrito Supreme which I like. I finally dumped the whole
crew off at Hacienda where I knew I was able to find
another designated driver. Now, none of us ate the whole
sandwich at any one of the restaurants, we split most of
them at least 2 ways. I'm still going to need a good dose
of pepto and maybe some GasX.

I hope you are feeling better by now. Burp!

My husband and his friend want to tour the dive bars in the
area by bike. Then the guy next door upped the ante with his
Minnesota biker friends who were in town recently for a bike
race: they want to ride to dive bars that have no windows.
These bikes don't have engines. Burp, burp.

Are we all hitting mid-life crisis at the same time or what?
LOL.. the bike party sounds like a lot of fun.

I'm not feeling better, I'm feeling full. UGH. I'm sure my
friends are all plastered on tequilla ridden cocktails, at
Hacienda. Thankfully I know how they are getting home.
Hacienda is a really popular Mexican hang out in this area
of town. Why, I don't know. I find the food good but not
exceptional. The idea of a progressive dinner party shot
around the table at Burger King. Dear God, help us all. I'll
bet you $5 someone serves up White Castle.

That would be a perfect end to this type of bingeing... <EG>
