What are the benefits of oxygen breathing?
It makes money for the company that provides the oxygen.

effects possible?
Some people may retain CO2. Oxygen, in too high
concentrations, can be harmful. All the antioxidants work
against oxygen. So too much oxygen will help defeat the
antioxidants.
The book, you say, "suggests" spending two periods a day
breating pure O2. What evidence does it have that this will
help? Does it talk about how this would increase
inflamation, which will make arteriosclerosis worse?
I think the whole supplemental O2 thing is utter [censored].
You're probably best off bringing the book with you on your
next hike through the woods and burying it.
