  1. Salisbury Steak with a Kick

    1 lb. Hot Italian Sausage 1 lb. lean Ground Beef
    3/4 cup Cracker Crumbs 1 cup Evaporated Milk
    4/2 cup diced Onions Salt and Pepper, to taste 1 Tbsp.
    Worcestershire Sauce 2 fresh Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and
    finely minced 2 Jars Heinz Classic Beef Gravy 2 half jars
    of Beef Broth to rinse out Gravy left in jars 1 tsp.
    Kitchen Bouquet
    5/4 tsp. Garlic Powder 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

    Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well with
    hands or large heavy spoon. Shape into oblong patties,
    should make about 6. In skillet with a little olive oil,
    brown patties quickly. Drain. Place in baking dish in
    single layer.

    Combine remaining ingredients to make sauce. Pour evenly
    over patties. Bake at 325 degrees, covered for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 15 more minutes. Serve with rice and spoon
    gravy on rice.
