I am not surprised that spamming Dave has to resort to Tim
Bolen type tactics by actually reposting a nearly four year-
old post that ended up causing a lawsuit of major
proportions in California that may eventually end up in the
U.S. Supreme Court.
Perhaps Dave migh want to read up on defamation and libel
law in Canada.
It is clearly in his best interest to apologize to all
concerned, because if he keeps repeating the defamation of
others, he may end up in court, and have a lot of
explaining to do.
Bolen has over the last few years represented a whole bunch
of really terrible people who have lost their credibility
and in some cases, their license to practice professionaly.
They are the ones who practiced chelation therapy, who have
molested patients, and who have injured patients severely.
They did this in the name of alternative medicine or
dentistry. They were judged by their peers, and/or the
courts of justice.
Since spamming Dave has more than likely fallen on hard
times, it's probably time to do something really stupid,
like become a Tim Bolen parrot.

An aggressive and deliberate defamation campaign was
organized by Tim Bolen about four years ago against Dr.
Terry Polevoy and others. It has been obvious to anyone with
half a brain, who isn't on mind-altering herbal drugs, and
who still believes that the earth rotates on an axis and
travels around the sun once a year that Tim Bolen is not a
credible agent or publicist for anyone.
Does Wickware have an outside agent to help in the fight to
destroy others who don't like the kind of things that he
does, or his posts on sites like curezone.com where he has
many links?
Why in the world would spamming Dave need to do this? Why
not just take out ads in the local PennySaver to sell his
MLM ginseng to cancer patients? Why would he take a chance
of being taken to court over something that could be
considered to be clearly defamatory to someone in his own
community?
Is he that stupid, or is someone pulling his strings across
the border?
So, for spamming Dave. I think that he better stick to
other items of business. Perhaps he needs to have his
fortune read by that Brasilian psychic who operates an
alternative health clinic.
For starts, I think that ginseng-lovers and their friends
everywhere should brush up on the following before they
continue to play vantriloquist for the likes of Tim Bolen
and his ilk.
