Well, folks, Spannin' Dave has yet again stolen something from another
writer. He stole this from Bolen:

It seems that Bolen, et al, have now become more offensive
in their tactics and are engaging in evil SLAPP type actions
that all Free Speech Lovers will find offensive.

In this complaint, there is no indication that any patient
made a complaint about Dr. Polevoy. We all know how the
"champions of medical choice" bleated and brayed that no
patients complained about Kadile.

Of course, if Dr. Polevoy were to sue Bolen, the very same
free speech lovers would be outraged and would whinney all
over the place.

credibility, his MD license - and ONLY his MD license.

I believe Polevoy, with his virulent, obsessive attacks on
proponents of alternative medicine, may be in violation of
several subsections of clause
51(1)(c) of the Health Professions Procedural Code, as
follows:

Subsection 4) - Practicing the profession while the
member's ability is impaired...

Subsection 5) - Having a conflict of interest...

Subsection 13) - Making a misrepresentation respecting a
remedy, treatment or device...

Subsection 14) - Making a claim respecting the utility of
a remedy, treatment, device or procedure other than a
claim which can be supported

Oh Man, this Complaint was lodged FOUR YEARS AGO? Yep,
whenever Dave posts ANYTHING, it behooves one to check it
out thoroughly. I'm still waiting to hear the True Story of
that alledged raid on that Naturopathic Clinic he posted
recently (naturally only lifted word-for-word from another
site, so I'm sure he knows nothing about it anyway).

I do have to admit (ouch! twisting own arm) that Dave was
smart enough not to publish the libelous accusations that
Dr. Polevoy was stalking McPhee. What I find amazing is
that Boolen has yet to take down the site, as that
accusation is the one remaining statement at issue in the
libel suit against the Woman-Whose-Name-I-Will-Not-Type and
Bolen, et al.
