Broccoli dessert

You could make a sweetened flan and add broccoli puree. That
wouldn't be my choice for dessert tonight but you may be
able to pull it off.

Thanks

Don't need a recipe; think simple and elegant. Steamed
broccoli spears with a nice chocolate sauce. Mmmmm.... And
maybe a little whipped cream.

It's probably better with asparagus.

Don't over cook the broccoli.

Substitute broccoli for the carrots in a carrot cake.

I bet an Iron Chef could make it taste good...
