  1. Hi,

This is my first year in Tri and I have been keeping a conventional diary on my workouts. I have seen a number of products offered for Triathlon training diaries on the net - at a cost.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a free template that I can use to transfer my training information into - it doesn't need every bell and whistle, I have developed a basic spreadsheet that does it fine too. I am sure there are free products available - I just can't seem to get pas all the 'sponsored links' if you know what I mean!

    Cheers
    Steve.

Drop me an email at [email hidden] and I can
email a spreadsheet I created based on the template in The
    Triathlete's Training Bible.

I will investigate both those options!

  5. We publish a training log for club members every year. Its
available free from the web and contains lots of useful
functions as well as pages to track races, swim, bike, run
    workouts, weight etc.

tri-force.orgtri-force.org then look under Training and
Training log. I'd post the direct URL but am working on a
rebuild of the web site on a new server and it will likely
change in the next week or so. ++Mark.

The Transition Times web site has a free online training
diary. www.transitiontimes.com. I use it. The format can be
confining but it is convenient and free.
