Walking weight loss help needed

  1. Just started out on a tread mill have bought the heart
    monitor 41 years old figured out 179 max heart rate been
    doing 15 minutes at 4 kilometers then going to 5 deg on
    incline and 5 kilometers for 5 minutes. then 20 minutes at
    8 incline with 6 kilometers of speed. at first my heart
    rate is at 62 resting up to 93 after first 15 then 115 at 5
    kilometer rate then for the next 20 were i push it 8
    incline with 6 kilometer my heart goes to 142 to 153. I
    have been doing 4 days straight of this then riding my bike
    for 4 days to work. my heart rate while riding is from 100
    to 126 the ride is 6 kilometers in distance in the morning
    then back 6 kilometers at the end of the day. any sugetions
    I have stopped for the most part all meats except maybe 4
    portions a week of chicken and 1 portion of beef a week. I
    have been eating 20 ornges a week and also salad. protien
    bars.78 grams with 24grams of protion and 36 of carbs.in
    them.about 3 a week. I started out at 269 lbs in feb this
    year and early may weight is 232lbs. as of today i am still
    around 229-231 lbs. it seems like i have hit a wall on the
    weight loss. I can know see some of my abs . when I
    calculate my body fat by height and weight it is the number
    30 meaning overweight. I have a large framed body 6 feet 2
    Any ideas Fawnsaprk
