In in So. California and all the juice at all the markets
including Whole Foods, Wild Oats, Trader Joes is pasteurized
now. Shame we can't get juice that has not been destroyed
now. Could buy a juicer. was nice when we could buy fresh
most anywhere.

one you make.... Most food processing Insitutions who
practice good manufacturing practice and firmly apply HACCP
rules would have their juice products pasteurized; or they
will not be given any permit to manufacture.That processing
step is critical control point, CCP. That is for the safety
of the consumer and the stability of their business from
costly litigations if some fault could led to food poisoning
or product complaint which is also bad for the company's
