  1. Hi folks,

Well, as you know, last week I made a conscious decision not
to WI. The scales at the gym are not what you'd call
accurate, but at least showed that things didn't look too
    disastrous in the meantime.

Still, this morning came, and I just didn't know. I mean,
I'm not having one of my "I feel fat" weeks - it's more of a
skinny week. But then I can have one of those and still have
gained, along with "fat" weeks when I've lost. But my
clothes had been feeling a tad looser. The sun is shining.
Generally I'm doing pretty good, in a fairly good mood. From
    an "how I feel about my body" point-of-view - it's been a
good week. So, did I want to stand on the scales? Did I want
to run the risk of those black digital figures bringing me
down? Wouldn't I be better off just listening to my body?
And if it was up, I was only going to keep doing what I was
doing, and hang in there, so what difference would it make?
But maybe I was just putting off the inevitable.......trying
    to avoid the issue.

So, I took the plunge. I stood on the scales. The numbers
flickered. Up a bit ("as I thought" I thought to
    myself).....down a bit ("ooh, maybe" I
    thought).........and finally settled.....1.4 down! I did
it 3 times to be sure *grin* Ok, so that's over 2 weeks,
but that's pretty darned good for
    me 🙂

*phew* - one sigh of relief over here, and one bunny who's
even happier than she already was this morning. I will
bounce off to the gym, and then walk in the sunshine, with a
smile on my face (on top of the sun-screen of course 😉 ).
