My husband's mother grew up in a German-speaking area of
Yugoslavia (Serbia), and he remembers her making something
called "Bolachinga" (I know that isn't spelled right), a
kind of a crepe rolled and filled with

cheese or jelly. Does anyone have a recipe? Thanks!

Lol, that isn't spelled right - it's Palachinka (palachinke
    for plural).

The recipe is the same as for the crepes, if I remember
correctly - don't know exact amounts but it's made out of
flour, milk, eggs and dash of salt. You can fill it with
cheese (salty or sweet), chocolate, jams, walnuts, fruit,
etc. You can make a lot of them, fill them with any kind of
filling you like and then bake them in the oven. My
favourite kinds are palachinke with cream cheese, tiny bit
of sugar and a drop of lemon juice. Or, you can use cocoa
    powder instead of cream cheese.

Hope that helps (sorry if I can't remember the amounts
of the ingredients, but really, any kind of crepes
    recipe will do!)
