  1. It's been a while since I've posted. It's also been a while
since I've been caught up on posts. This business of getting
an house is hectic, but I'm enjoying it. That's an NSV for
me as it is. (I've been in a negativity rut, as I like to
call it and I'm slowly working my way out of it.)

Weight wise...I think I'm back to where I started (haven't
had a WI in a while), but things are shaped a bit
differently now. We've been walking one night a week. It's
not a lot, but it's helping and it's a good habit to be
in. The neighborhood that we plan on moving into has
sidewalks and a park and I'm looking forward to taking
walks there and getting to know the neighbors in the
summer months. I'm also looking forward to a room where
I will be able to set up our other TV (currently in a
box and hasn't been used for 1.5 years) so that I can
start practicing yoga again. I had stopped practicing
yoga a few years ago, but have been doing stretches on
and off and remembering why I liked it so much in the
first place. It's a gentle way to get back into regular
    exercise for me.

  2. Julie:

I'm glad to hear you are getting out of your rut!! I'm also
glad you are back where you started weight wise!!

Yoga should be good. My hubby is going to teach it to me at
    night!! YAY!!

  4. Sounds like fun! Don't forget to be gentle with yourself and
don't push when you're stretching in a way that hurts.

  7. Try using a wall next time. (Basically try to make a right
angle at your hips with your feet against the wall-bay I
    hope that made sense.)
