  1. Hi Ray

I use the Slim Fast powder too. The flavor I have is
Chocolatey Fudge & 1 dry scoop is 2 points plus I add 1 cup
    1% milk for 2 points.

Just thought I'd mention it..:-) Take care, SPOONS

That sounds really good. I wish I had time on a morning to
do more complex stuff, but I don't so I have 2 scoops
slimfast 2 scoops protein powder glass of skimmed milk
about 6.5 points - but never really calculated them.

On the plus side it takes no time at all, and keeps me
going till lunch without getting peckish. It'll keep me
going till tea if I'm really busy and don't have time to
    think about lunch.

Someone said that adding a banana to a glass of milk and
the protein would be just as good, so I'm gonna find out
    if it's true tomorrow.

The only downside is having bananas in the house might
tempt me into snacking on banana sandwiches 🙁

I tried the suggestion of adding a banana to milk with some
protein powder. It was different to slimfast of course, but
quite nice and very fast. I can't see any downside, except
for having bananas in the house. I'll try again tomorrow
