Hi When i exercise regularly, my body seems to want to sweat
more, even in times of not exercising, say i run or cycle at
4pm, my body feels the need to sweat at that time & it
become embarrasing if i'm out in company. This means each
day, i have to exercise before i go out in company, to
release it, so that i "get out" my sweat, sometimes leading
to overtraining & fatigue! Anyone get this! Gary

Sweating, mental fatigue, and joint wear, those are the
threads you replied too. If this is any indication of how
your running is going, best to quit now."gary" <[email hidden]> wrote in message

thermoregulatory mechanism works that way. Sweating based on
the rotation of the earth rather than the temperature is not
the way it's supposed to work. It is possible to sweat due
to nervousness. Unless you are scared of your own friends, I
don't think that is happening either.Quoted message said:

extensively and hard I would encounter night sweats, and
even severe sweating in the middle of the day. This started
at an age of about 33 or 34. I found out 10 years later that
by taking DHEA the sweats would either dramatically diminish
or disappear altogether. This implies that my sweating
problem was hormonal in nature. -

sweats. -
I didn't run or cycle much due to an ankle injury from November to January &
this need to sweat went away!
Now i'm back doing both & feel the need to sweat everyday & is like a
release!, afterwards it is like a rush!
This happens if the nihjt before i've drunk lots of wine or beer like a
party or night out!, mabe it's a toxin thing!
