I've been thinking on hiring an online coach because there aren't any coaches in Spain that use power as a guide for training...I really think Im the only one here (expect for pros) that is training by power...
Does anyone know of an affordable(~$70/month) online coach that uses power based training?
Thanks,
Gonzalo

Gonzalo,
send me an email [email hidden] . i need to know your background, time available to train, stresses in your life (school, work, family, etc), goals, power device you use...
i should be able to help you. i rather meet my client in person to do initial assessments: postion on the bike (very important), determine power levels, and to get to know you better.
my best,

You could check out Ric Stern on cyclecoach.com to get a bit of comparison to the previous post.
Can't vouch for his coaching ability but the knowledge he shows on this forum is solid.
good luck! -
Hi
You can't go wrong with Ric, he knows his stuff as others have said.
Brett Aitken has an online interface his clients can use, its one of the best systems i've seen. His website address is http://www.pt1fitness.com/ or http://www.cycle2max.com
cheers
