Well, the weight isn't flying off, and I won't "be thin by
summer", but I have decided to stop stressing so much and
enjoy the journey. I am down to 220 from 237. At least
that's 17 pounds I didn't gain. 🙂 And it hasn't really been
all that hard. I still have "treats" thanks to Smart Ones
and I only exercise for 30 minutes a night. I USED to starve
myself and work out for HOURS a day, but what I'm doing now
is something I know I can live with for the rest of my life.
Plus, my blood pressure is getting better, too. 🙂 Weight

would the losing time to figure out what I could do for life. It is working
really nicely and I have suffered very little, good for you, Lee

WORKS!!!thats good news. I been on weight watchers sice christmas
and lost 25 pounds. it is real slow the first month or so
now it is speeding up. i must have pretty good metabolism
for i loose 2 to 4 pounds a week and still eat well and i
dont exercise. I started around 345 pounds and i am now 316.
My ideal weight is about180 BUT TO be honest if i can get to
220 and maintain it ill be thrilled. It feels good Hugh? and
the more you loose the more motivated you get. I already
notice my stress level has decreased, i rest better at night
I have 10 pounds to go to get to my 10% weight loss. What
feels great is buying jeans one size smaller 🙂
