Gallery filesize limit?

I've repeatedly uploaded a video file that is about 28Mb.
The upload appears to complete succesfully but the resulting
gallery item is a broken link.

I tried uploading a test .AVI that's about 3Mb and it
worked fine.

Is there a filesize limit that would cause the larger
video to fail?

yes there is, i believe that Gilby set it at 250mb

I thought I remembered him saying 200MB. There's a thread
somewhere in 'Requests' about it.
