I would like to take some sugarfree jellies and turn them into sugarfree syrups. I know I can buy sugarfree 'maple' syrup. But other flavors are few and far between.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried just melting them and using them warm? Goomba

You can warm the jelly and it will become fluid enough to use warm as a syrup. Or you can warm it until it's fluid, add a bit of juice and cool if you don't like warm syrup.
