  1. If begin taking 0.5 teaspoon of cinnamon per day. When can i
    expekt to see any result?

Will it effect my overall BG through the day if i take it in
the morning? Or will it only have an effect for a couple of
    hours after taking it?

Is it possible that it will make me pumping out more
insulin, and not do somthing abouth my insulin resistanse?
If it only will pump out more insulin, i will possible burn
    out my beta cells faster?

After seeing posts on here where cinammon lowers BGs AND
raises them, I don't know as I'd WANT to see the effect.

    I don't think it'll do either.

I dare say that applying cinnamon to your innards would
raise *your* blood pressure to dangerous levels .... :-))
