  1. I have friends that are unmarried doctors and they always
complain how hard it is to meet potential mates, due to
    their hectic schedules.

So, I am thinking about creating a dating website targeting
single doctors (I've reserved the domain name
    singlemds.com).

Do you think there is a need for such a site? Or would
doctors open to online personals sites prefer to use large
sites that currently exist, such as Match.com?

One benefit to male docs who post an ad on the site would
presumably be many opportunities to meet women who would
like to marry a doctor (of which there are many). I suppose
you could also see this as a disadvantage. It would also let
members find others in the medical community, if that's what
    they prefer.

Thanks in advance for any comments.

Why restrict it to single MDs? Lots of overworked docs
    have extramarital affairs...you could significantly
increase your audience by trying to attract all those
lyin', cheatin' [censored] as well. May I suggest an
alternate URL? www.screwanmd.com . The only problem with
that one is that you might attract a lot of malpractice
    attorneys as well. ;-)

Speed-dating..You meet about 10 to 12 (and sometimes more)
other single professionals in less than 2 hours (via a
series of, 6-minute "pre-dates"😉. If nothing "clicks" at
least you've had a nice dinner and you try again and you've
made professional and "friend" connections. J
