not a race, but still extreme climbing and descending. I hear the last day
of this ride is a 90 mile descent.

They had the inaugural race last year, but only to the end of the paved road
at 9200ft. Plans are to have an option to go to the top next year. See
hawaiicyclingclub.comSea Stars 2003.htmlOpen ↗Cycle to the Sun on Maui is a great race climbing 10,000ft
in 26 miles.
