  1. Hi, Ive just joined this group and wondered if any of you
used online pharmacies or knew of this one –
phoneconsultation.comphoneconsultation.com ? My doctor is really
unsympathetic to my chronic pain problems and wont prescribe
the meds I need. For the past year I've been using online
pharmacies to get my pain medications. This one looks better
than most in that you can pay COD for your meds which I
think is brilliant. Anyway - I've booked my physical exam
for tomorrow as it looks a better than the site I usually
use. Have any of you used this site and know when I should
get my meds? I'm guessing Wednesday? I'll let you know just
    wanted others opinions!

I like this follow-up. What's your complaint, symptoms, etc?
What does your doctor say? If you are dissatisfied with
him/her, ask you might ask around for another.

    Yup! That was good.

Difficult to know when someone is serious if you cannot see

  7. Beware websites such as those that promise you prescriptions
following a phone consultation with a US doctor. I've read
testimonials and have yet to read one positive review of
    such a site.

I work for a provider of merchant accounts (credit card
processing, etc.), and such businesses are among the highest-
rated for fraud, chargebacks, and fraud in general. We
regularly fine, terminate, and sue such merchants.

And, if you think about it, what doctor in the US would
    practice medicine like that?

Check out overseaspharmacy.comoverseaspharmacy.com and their forum at
    overseaspharmacy.comOverseas Pharmacy
Forum.shtml and go through the list of sites there. This
page alone has been the best resource I've found since
buying my first medications online four or five years ago.

I don't think he was worried about how *legal* it was, as
much as how ethical - the two don't always overlap exactly.
If you treat the services properly, then I'm sure it's fine,
but what about the people who abuse the service and get
    doped up on "legal" prescriptions?

Here's a question that i've been dying to find out the
answer to. Do these sites actually require medical records?
Also, do they call your PCP?

I've been toying with the idea of using one of these
pharmacies, but I definately need some more details on it
    first.

You must also understanstand that there is a lot more
regulation of doctors than just the laws on the books. There
usually is at the very least a licensing agency that also
makes rules. Often the state legislature defers much of the
rule making to the licensing body. In my state if I wrote
prescriptions for people I had never seen then I don't think
I would be breaking any state laws. However, the licensing
board has made it clear that such behavior is not ethical
and so my license would be in jeopardy if it was discovered.

  12. Rx-Sales.com stole my money, and they can steal yours too. Before you buy
from them, you should know that:

    1) They've located their pharmacy in Northern Europe and
their bank/billing address in Namibia, Africa so that
there is no way your credit card company can recover your
money once you've lost it. The banking laws in Namibia
(or lack of banking laws) is perfect for this purpose.

    2) Their customer service telephone number (advertised on
their website and on the purchase notification they send
'customers'😉 doesn't work. It has the effect of making
purhasers feel more secure (until they actually try
    using it).

    3) In their 26 items under 'Terms and Conditions', they
basically say that if you don't get your merchandise,
    that you can't blame them.

    4) When you don't get your merchandise, they will not
respond to your email. In fact, if you write to them
often enough to ask where your merchandise is, they will
block your email address or use email filters to bounce
    your email.

My advice is not to buy from Rx-Sales.com. If you can,
purchase any medicine you need in the country that you live
in. If you buy from a pharmacy outside of your country, your
credit card company cannot help you if a pharmacy steals
your money "DMR" <[email hidden]> wrote in message
