After having ectopic heart beats (about 1 in every 10) for
10 years, it was corrected about 30% with anti-hypertensive
medication, and the other 70% with 400 mg of Magnesium per
day. The mg has kept it at bay for the last 5 years. If I go
off it, it starts top flare up again.
