I am unfamiliar with this ride. What is the terrain and elevation changes like? How much flat as opposed to hills? How many miles?

Ronhiya ron and thanks for the reply.
i`m unfamiliar with the ride myself but i do know it`s 70 miles, all on the road and there is quite a few steep hills. (not that i`ll have any problems with the down hill aspect)...lol
