The bent had a big red cowling at the back with a head rest
that pulled forward revealing a cubby hole for the luggage.
Don't think it had a front fairing but I may be wrong.

The freight bike had a freight bay infront of the back
wheel, single bladed forks and single chainstay. This
machine was well cool, I'd like one.

I watched the programme that featured the Huf Haus and the
build quality was simply *stunning* and the workmanship
*amazing*.

And weren't the couple fantastic. Whe others at their age
would be settling back they were having their old house,
ripped down and replaced with the Huf Haus. Also interesting
was the two delays in the project were caused when British
workmen were involved. Huf even sent extra workers over from
Germany so that the house could be completed in time for the
guys to get back to Germany to see a football match.

That building was on the show or another show over the
weekend, but I don't think it is the one built for bikers to
stay in. Was it on C4 at the weekend ? Though it was H&L !

Yes and the fact the guys were incredibly proud of their
work and way of working. They were highly skilled
professionals with a well-placed pride in their work.
Everything had to be *right*.

The bit I liked was when they were cleaning out their van
AND ther toolboxes at the end of the job. Seemed like it was
normal practise to them.

I made enquiries to Huf Haus about 5 years ago, I wanted to
extend my current house with one of their constructions. No
dice, they wouldn't play, said it was to difficult :~(

I never thought of knocking this place down and replacing it
with a totoal huf haus (well not seriously) With the benefit
of hind sight, I wish I had done. ho hum.
