I'm going to try to make mayonaise, for the first time, has
my favorite brand is no longer sold. Can someone send me
    recipes for mayonaise (and variations).

Also I heard that Hollandaise was a good sauce - somewhat
like mayonaise - does anyone have recipes (or more
    variations)

P.S. - If possible give detailed instructions has I havent
    done this before.

    Thanks for any help!

I was looking at a bag of dried large lima beans in the
supermarket yesterday. I have never prepared them but I
think they I would like to add them to my diet. First I must
learn how to make it. Thank you in advance.
