I don't see a lot of recipes posted here. Are recipes
welcome? If so, can I use Fitday to compute the nutrients
per serving and then determine the number of points, or is
there a better way?

This is a good link. I just made the sweet potato fritters
with lemon chicken. Was a hit and creative looking!

We do post recipes here when we either come across something
fantastic, or someone mentions something and another asks
for the recipe. We try not to infringe copyright by posting
WW recipes, though someone may post a 'taster' for a
particular book. I don't know anything about fitday: I use
my WW Database to calculate points for ingredients.

I was thinking about recipes that I convert to have fewer
points. However since most of them aren't all that
fantastic, I'll refrain from posting them. 🙂

I like any recipe to at least give me an idea to start from, Lee

Oh, post away! We're always looking for new and different
things to try, from the simplest of zero point soups to a
birthday cake that we KNOW the points for rather than
having to guess! I've posted a few recipes here that have
been well received.
