I keep the bacon, lose the cheese and eat it with the half a packet of reduced fat ranch and count it for 6 points. I mean, heck, there's not that much chicken OR bacon in there, and everything else is veggies. Oh, I don't put the croutons on either, although I"m sure that would just add one point or so.

Was wondering if anyone new how many points you can save by removing the bacon / or chesse or both from a Wendy's BLT salad?
I looked on the website but they combine all of that into the total of the lettuce, vegies, chicken etc...
I love the chicken blt salad!!! If memory serves me correctly, they do have the caloric content listed for each individual salad ingredient ... or I found the info somewhere. A few times I removed the cheese at home and weighed it - think it accounted for about 3 points. I deducted another point for the bacon I removed, as there didn't appear to be as much. In all, I think the salad minus cheese and bacon came out to maybe 4 points (lettuce/tomatoes/chicken). If you want to be more exact, you could weigh the chicken at home and figure the points just on that. I also made my own salad dressing ... mixed fat free sour cream with salsa - very tasty and maybe 1 point total for a good amount (heavy on the salsa - maybe 1/4 cup or so, just a tablespoon or 2 of the sour cream).
