A woman working at a local postoffice in the US gets a letter adressed to "GOD"
"Care of Heaven". She cant resist and opens it, Inside was a letter...
Dear God,
As you know I am 89 years old and very ill. I am desperate God, My beloved Husband, may he rest in peace, left me with debt, my medical bills are beyond my means and I have no income. Please god, if you could see fit to send me $1000 I could pay my debts and live the rest of my life in peace. Thank you in advance god,

The woman post worker has tears in her eyes and decides to take up a collection for the old dear....she manages to get $800 from her co-workers and sends it off to the old ladie. Sure enough 2 weeks later a leter arives adressed to "God". All those that donated there hard earned cash gathered round to read the response
