  1. Didn't do so well this past week. Did not lose but I didn't
expect too. I've lost my umph but will be back on plan
    within 24 hours. I gained a little but I don't know how
much. I refuse to move the weight on my scale to the right.

    Richard:

We all lose our umph occasionally. That is when I need a WW
meeting or when I need this ng or something special. Have
you been taking your measurements? If you have this would be
a good time to see how you've progressed.

  5. We all lose a little steam once in a while. It's impossible
to keep the motivation high 100% of the time. Just do the
best you can, and work to remind yourself of the reasons
you're changing. If you gain, just start where you are and
    move on, without guilt.
