  1. hey,

My neighbor recently gave me his early 1990's trek 400 road bike. The frame is 63cm and the road bike i use now is a 53cm. I figured that i could use the trek as a donor bike and buy a smaller frame. it would cost me about 200 dollors for everything. Are there any problems or advice that you could give me about doing this?

    thanks,
    tony🙁

Depends on how much stuff off the doner fits the new frame and what kind of shape the stuff is in. It's of no value at all if it's dumster material.
