    anyone have this to share?

    Marlene's Rhubarb Pie

    9 or 10 inch pie crust, unbaked 3 to 4 cups rhubarb in 1/2
    inch pieces 3 Tbsp flour 1 cup sugar 1 or 2 eggs raisins and
    flaked coconut to taste a few strawberries (optional)

    Mix flour with rhubarb; add sugar and eggs. (Add a little
    milk, if needed, to moisten it). Add raisins and coconut;
    mix and turn into pie shell. Bake at 350F for about 1
    hour. Serve topped with whipped cream or Cool Whip, if
    desired. (MEF)
