Thankyou for your comments. You are obviously a very
intelligent person and witty too. The trouble is, without
you knowing me, that you couldn't possibly know how much I
currently exercise. You are therefore unable to make
statements about this. The fact that you do suggests that
you are of the "I've got a bigger one than you" mentality.
You also suggest that I am uneducated, RE;(You know what
they are right? Ho Ho Ho). Had I put out a request for all
[censored] reading this to respond immediately then your
reply would have benn welcome. All I actually wanted however
was some genuine information. The next time your mom lets
you stay up late and use her P.C why don't you try educating
yourself a little instead of being a smartass and wasting my
time. Thanks. -

Hi Dylan,
Actually, if you stop eating, your metabolism will drop, so
when you start eating again, you will gain weight. If you are interested, I can share some ideas with you.
One, make sure you are taking your B vitamins (riboflavin,
thiamin, niacin, biotin, and pantothenic acid). Because of
their role in energy metabolism, they are an important
requirement if you want to boost your metabolic rate. Two, ensure you are getting enough Biotin. Biotin is a water-
soluble sulfur-containing member of the B vitamin family.
Biotin plays an essential role in maintaining metabolic
homeostasis by acting as a cofactor with enzymes involved in
carboxylation reactions. These enzymes catalyze key
reactions in gluconeogenesis, fatty acid metabolism, and
amino acid catabolism.Biotin is found in numerous foods and also is synthesized by
intestinal bacteria. Therefore, deficiencies are rare and
generally seen only after prolonged antibiotic therapies
that deplete the beneficial intestinal bacteria or following
excessive consumption of raw egg whites. There have been no reports of toxic reactions even in people
taking doses up to 200 mg orally and 20 mg intravenously.
Foods relatively rich in biotin include egg yolk, liver and
some vegetables. If you want to know more, please email me back.

You should have foods that contain soluble and insoluble
fiber. In this way you will still have the minerals and
nutrients required for normal slow weight loss. Reduce your
sugar intake and drink plenty of fluids or water daily.Contact for more info if needed...
